Simplicity DM Series

Terex® Simplicity DM Series Simpli-Flo Inclined Screen

Terex® Simplicity Dual Mechanism, two-bearing inclined screens are the rugged machines that you need for those heavy jobs. The dual 140mm mechanism is an alternative to the 160mm single shaft mechanism. This alternative extends bearing life on heavy-duty applications or increases speed on fine screen applications. The design isn’t just tough…it’s the toughest.

The screens are available in both two and three deck models in sizes ranging from 6′ x 20′ to 8′ x 24′.
For your next heavy-duty job, specify Terex® Simplicity DM Series inclined screens.

Features & Benefits:

  • Twin shaft, four bearing eccentric assembly.
  • Extra deck clearance between top and second deck
  • Huck-bolted screen box construction (no welds)
  • 3/8″ thick side plates
  • Clamp bars adjust for all wire media thickness.
  • Rubber covered shaft housing (Optional AR)
  • Carriage bolt tensioning system
  • 6″ discharge lips with liners
  • Double crown decks
  • Abrasion resistant steel lip liners
  • Controlled splash-type oil lubrication system
  • Bolt-on feed box with replaceable bottom liner
  • Coil suspension springs
  • Rubber friction checks
  • Right hand drive standard; Left hand drive available 4′ long screen panels as standard

Options:

  • Wedge tensioning for wire cloth

Simplicity Four Bearing Series

Terex® Simplicity Four Bearing Inclined Screen

The Terex® Simplicity four-bearing gyrating screen is the original mechanically vibrated screen using a counter-balanced eccentric shaft. The shaft is accurately machined to provide an exact counter-balance for the weight of the entire frame and deck structure, building in a fixed positive stroke that will not dampen under load.

Terex® Simplicity four-bearing screens can be mounted by supporting the main frame from below, or suspending it by rods or cables attached to the plant superstructure. With either type of mounting, positive action of the screen’s counter-balanced shaft will maintain full effectiveness and minimize transfer of vibration to the support structure. Sizes range from 3′ x 6′ to 8′ x 20′ in one, two, and three deck units.

Features & Benefits:

  • Single shaft, four bearing assembly
  • Huck-bolted screen box construction (no welds)
  • 6″ discharge lips with liners
  • Abrasion resistant steel lip liners
  • Feed box with replaceable bottom liner
  • Single or double crown decks
  • Coil suspension springs
  • Full length I-beam main frame

Options:

  • Wedge tensioning for wire cloth
  • Special length discharge lips
  • AR steel shaft housing cover

Simplicity M Series

Terex® Simplicity M Series Simpli-Flo Inclined Screen

The Terex® Simplicity M Series Simpli-Flo is a two-bearing inclined screen designed for heavy-duty scalping, intermediate sizing and finished screening of virtually any material. The screen is critical to maximizing production of your plant and maximizing profit.

The Simpli-Flo screen is available in a wide variety of models, sizes and deck styles to accommodate virtually any application. Sizes range from 3′ x 6′ to 8′ x 24′ in one, two, three and four deck units.

Single piece, continuously welded decks are Huck fastened to extra deep corner supports, and rugged steel side plates for a box-type structural strength that is highly resistant to racking. Corner supports are full height for extra rigidity in the side plate area.

Features & Benefits:

  • Single shaft, two bearing eccentric assembly
  • Extra deck clearance between top and second deck
  • Huck-bolted screen box construction (no welds)
  • 5/16″ thick side plates
  • Clamp bars adjust for all wire media thickness
  • Rubber covered shaft housing (Optional AR)
  • Carriage bolt tensioning system
  • 6″ discharge lips with liners
  • Single crown decks
  • Abrasion resistant steel lip liners
  • 4′ long screen panels as standard
  • Bolt-on feed box with replaceable bottom liner
